The Chrysalis Photography Van

We’ve recently invested in a fantastic new company van. We’ve gone for a black colour choice to give us a great backdrop for some of our black and white images to be printed against. It also allows us to stand out a little more than your average ‘white van man’. We would like to send special thanks to NorthStar Signs for doing a fantastic job on the wrapping. It really does look great! [imagebrowser id=1]   Our van is a great addition for our clients too. First it gives us the ability to bring our portable studio to the place of your choice if you want your photographs taking in a certain location. Also, for our commercial clients it means we can collect and return any products you would like us to shoot in our studio.   We hope you like our choice of images. Perhaps you know somebody who would like a set of High Dynamic Range (HDR) images creating of their vehicle? Be sure to wave if you see us tootling down the street – You won’t miss us!

Hodsock Priory Bridal Open Day

Most people will have spent the Sunday just gone Christmas shopping or sorting out their Christmas decorations….but not us! We were chosen to go and work with Hodsock Priory at their Bridal Open Day. Our director, Chris Langham was on hand to take couples on a tour of the magnificent gardens and fabulous rooms with their wedding photography in mind. Chris gave advice on how to choose the right wedding photographer and showed couples the best places to capture some stunning imagery. South Yorkshire based Hodsock Priory is such a beautiful wedding venue and Chris was well placed to give advice having been the wedding photographer there on numerous occasions. It was lovely to meet all the fantastic couples at the open day and we hope to work with some of them in the near future.

Louise & Nathan – Wedding Photography

Well we’re well and truly back into wedding season so we’ll try and squish in some time to post the weddings as they come onto this blog. Louise and Nathan’s wedding was in Aston Church, with the reception in the beautiful Aston Hall. I had great fun shooting both the gorgeous Louise and the slightly reluctant Nathan. In the end even Nathan was striking a pose, and I think the images really show the fun everybody had throughout the day. Best wishes to you both.
