Welcome to Chrysalis Photography. We are Chris and Allie Langham, Sheffield based photographers specialising in timeless family and pet photography. Our state of the art studio is based in the grounds of the stunning stately home of Renishaw Hall on the edge of Derbyshire, giving us the unique ability to offer both studio and outdoor location photography in one session.

Chris is a multi award-winning photographer with a passion for creating unique and timeless portraiture of you and your loved ones. Over the past 10 years, Chris has captured stunning images of all kinds, from newborn babies to reluctant teenagers, nervous dogs to stubborn horses. We love to explore new areas of creativity in all aspects of photography, including dog and equine portraiture, fashion, dance and sport.

Each and every session is approached with great care and patience to ensure you have a beautiful set of images, that you will treasure for generations.

Our Renishaw Hall studio is just minutes from junction 30 of the M1, allowing easy reach from all areas of South Yorkshire and Derbyshire including:
